Activating your phone’s MMS/GPRS with Globe Telecoms

For a complete listing of compatible MMS & GPRS phone handsets — send NOKIA, ERICSSON or SAMSUNG (your handset model) to 2365.

To get your phone’s settings, text GO (handset model) to 2951. Example, GO N3650. (For a list of compatible handsets, refer to #1)
Note: For Nokia 6220, 6600, and 6820, text GO < handset model >,1234 and send to 2951. Make sure to type in the two commas before the 1234 PIN. Regular text messaging charges will apply.

Enter 1234 when asked for PIN to save settings.
Send an MMS message for only Php 5.00 to activate the service.

How to Fix the Invalid Username and Password in ver4:

1. Download this file first:

2. after downloading, copy or cut the file (new ca file) you downloaded a while ago.
3. Go to folder where you installed the BirthStoneVPN. Usually it will go here:
for windows 7, 62 bit: c://Program Files (x86)/BirthStone VPN
for windows 7, 32 bit: c://Program Files/BirthStone VPN
for win xp: c://Program Files/BirthStone VPN
4. If you are already inside the BirthStone VPN Folder, Open the "app folder"
5. Then open the "bin folder"
6. Then open the "data folder"
7. Then open the "config folder"
8. Then open the "ca folder"
9. Paste the "new ca file" replace the "old ca file"
10. Restart your computer
11. DONE!

This will only fixed the Emerald and Aquamarine Servers. I will fix the Torrent and Pearl Server after our Christmas Party. Sorry again for the trouble guys. Just follow this instructions and your done.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

For you to be prepared enough please follow this instruction, This will unlocked your Globe Sim to be able to use BirthStoneVPN again. If you will not follow this instructions carefully, 100% sure you will have a problem. So please Follow it. Thank you!

What we need:
Globe prepaid _ the sim which cannot connect
Globe Rockz_ be sure to check if the expiry date is farther than March 2012

*tapos buy sim (globe rockz) ilagay sa phone then text FREE send s 8888
*after ma receive ang message sa phone isaksak na sa modem ang sim
* ang sim may 1 hour na free internet dapat ubusin ang free na internet hour…. Ang globe prepaid lang na connection gamitin sa 1 hour wala muna vpn..
* siguraduhin na ma update ang vpn habang may free kapa na one hour.. Just run the BirthStoneVPN Updater. If you can't update your BirthStoneVPN just simply download the latest version of installer.
*after ma observe na wala ng laman ang sim or hindi kana maka connect, bunutin ang modem, tpos isaksak ulit sa pc or laptop (replug lang).. then paloadan mo 20 pesos.. pag receive ang autoloadmax na 20 pesos text MB15 send sa 8888
* pagtext mo MB15 mag reply ang 8888 na you are subscribe sa mb15, disconnect mo agad usb modem then saksak ang dati mo na sim (Globe Prepaid Sim) na hindi maka connect sa vpn..
*usually wala na load ang luma na sim pero try text BAL send to 222 or try calling 112 sa modem na may call feature… after kung ma send mona ang BAL sa 222 mag reply ang globe if magkano balance mo then disconnect..
*now isaksak na ang sim na bago (Globe Rockz Sim) na may MB15, then don’t forget don’t check your balance… Again Do not check your balance.
*the connection process is reverse now.. unahin connect ang vpn then globe.
*once connected kana ka okey lang pula ang pinger as long as maka internet kalang.. pabayaan lang na connected magdamag or hindi ka ma disconnect if more than 5 hours kana nakapag facebook or youtube ng hindi na disconnect then unlock na ang sim mo and pwede mo na magamit next day ang vpn kahit wala ka load…

These are the following observation:

1. Globe unblocks ports and speed of their bandwidth when they have detected that you have load/promo in your sim.

2. when you have no load globe will check if you have load when you're connected to dashboard giving users 1-2 seconds of free internet (just for globe to check whether your sim has load or not) that explains when you're connected to dashboard of globe and you run ping google.com -t on cmd it will have ping response for 4-5 times then RTO.
that also explains why users who connect to vpn first before connecting to dashboard can connect to vpn.
3. Let's say you're connected to the vpn without any load by connecting vpn first before your dashboard. once you're connected you can ping any sites but you won't be able to browse normally with the speed. so my observation is even when we can bypass globe's security with the vpn, they(globe) will cap the speed to 1kb making it impossible for vpn users to browse the net.

We are still looking for the possible solution guys.. please be patient, this is not easy as 1,2,3.. We need time to fix this matter... I already shut down our servers para po maPAUSE ang time ng accounts nyo... Para po hindi mag expire.. ibabalik ko po ulit ang lahat pag ok n po ang problema natin regarding globe... Thank you! For now please be patient...

No Luck today. Tried different configs, and different sims but the results are:
-Cannot connect
-Connected but can't browse
-Connected, Can Browse but super slow 10mins b4 loading

Ill post another update again if there is available updates. Please wag nyo po akong iflood ng text nyo. Nag uupdate nmn po ako.. please... For now mag load po muna kayo, try nyo un mag avail ng basic30 nila or un supersurf50. Sorry for the inconvenience. and thank you!

Guys try to load at least 5 pesos, then connect again. no need to update. no need to reconfigure, just like before. Note: this is not the official solution, its just temporarily. Thank you!

Guys senxa n po d ako mkapagtext mabuti dahil po exam ko... Kaya po d kyo mkaconnect gamit ang globe ay dahil nag blocked po ang globe.. lahat ng VPN d po working ngayon.. mag uupdate po ako s inyo pag meron n pong update. please wag nyo po akong tadtarin ng text. nakikiusap po ako. dahil same lang din po ang isasagot ko s inyo... mag ttx naman po ako and mag popost ng update if meron na...
